How many times has the results or an appraisal caused a delay or even killed a deal? Few agents have a good understanding of the appraisal process and all the components that derive an appraised value of property. This course leverages decades of experience from seasoned appraisal experts who also are engaged in and have a real life understanding of the life of a real estate licensee. As a student of this course, you will learn the fundamentals of the appraisal process including the various methods of valuation and the steps and rationale commonly used. The course author draws upon vast experience including the results of thousands of appraisal reviews to help licensees understand the role of the appraisal. The information derived from this course will aid licensees in better understanding the appraisal process so they can better support their clients through the transaction process.

Immediately upon real estate course completion, The CE Shop will provide students with an electronic copy of the course Certificate of Completion. Certificates will remain in your account for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Licensees are encouraged to retain copies of their Certificates of Completion in the event that they are audited by the state. Please refer to your renewal application to determine if you need to submit your Certificate(s) of Completion with your renewal.
Real estate course completions are recorded with the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission each business day. It may take 2-4 business days from the time we report your hours before the Commission updates your license and/or updates their website with the hours.
Please enter your individual license number correctly and fully when prompted in the registration process to ensure the reporting of your hours takes place. Oklahoma license numbers should be ten (10) digits and usually start with the year the license was issued.
