Licensees with an expiration date of June 30, 2005 and thereafter are required to take 12 required hours consisting of four core subjects as determined by the Commission and 9 elective hours every 3 years. Note that one of the four core subjects is referred to as a "Hot Topic" by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
